Flightless Bird, American Mouth Naked As We Came Love And Some Verses Resurrection Fern Certain versions are still being uploaded - when complete, three versions of each song will be available (Piano Vocal Guitar // Guitar Tablature // Musicnotes.com Guitar Guru Format). February 12, 2010 Charlottesville, VA Concert RescheduledThe February 5, 2010 concert in Charlottesville, VA (Paramount Theater) has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 4, 2010. All original, February tickets will be honored in May.
Refunds can be requested until April 1, 2010 via the Paramount Box Office (434 979 1333).
Apologies to anyone that will be unable to attend the new date.

3/25/09 Norfolk 6/20/05 . Live CD . Record Store DaySub Pop will be releasing Iron and Wine - Norfolk 6/20/05, a limited, live CD, on April 18, Record Store Day 2009.The 18 track disc was recorded during the Woman King tour and features a full band. The disc can only be found at participating record stores and at this time, will not be made available on the Iron and Wine or Sub Pop sites. This will be the second annual Record Store Day and is a celebration of the unique culture surrounding over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of international stores. This is the one day that all of the independently owned record stores come together with artists to celebrate the art of music. Iron and Wine is very excited to be involved in Record Store Day. A Record Store Day participating store is defined as a physical retailer whose product line consists of at least 50% music retail, whose company is not publicly traded and whose ownership is at least 70% located in the state of operation. (In other words, we’re dealing with real, live, physical, indie record stores—not online retailers or corporate behemoths). Secondary Market Ticket AlertWe want to be blatantly clear that purchasing tickets like those linked below WILL NOT allow entry to any of the shows in May.Please DO NOT PURCHASE these or any other secondary market (CraigsList, StubHub, brokers, scalpers, etc.) offerings. DO NOT PURCHASE http://www.onlineseats.com/iron-wine-tickets/buy.asp DO NOT PURCHASE As the Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York venues are on the smaller side, no hard tickets were issued for these shows. A photo ID with the name that matches the name of the will call order will need to presented on the night of the show. The secondary market offerings do not have actual hard tickets to sell you. They are a SCAM. If you purchase, the name on your photo ID will not match the will call order, which means you will have spent a lot of money and will not be able to get into the show. We don't want to see any of our fans lead astray or taken advantage of with these shows. The will call only policy was put in place to ensure that scalpers and brokers would not be able to sell hard tickets at inflated prices. The offerings like those linked above are even more damaging as they are not an actual ticket. Thanks for the support! |
