Iron & Wine - Hardly Strictly Bluegrass

Iron & Wine is honored to be able to perform at the eight annual Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The event brings together a wide variety of musicians and the weather ranges from tropical to frigid, always making for an exciting weekend. Iron & Wine will perform solo on Sunday, October 5, 2008.

Cynthia Noonan Benefit

Iron & Wine will be headlining a special benefit show for Cynthia Noonan at San Francisco’s Bimbo’s 365 Club on the evening of Sunday, October 5, 2008. Iron & Wine – The Swell Season / Canada

The Swell Season (Glen Hansard & Marketa Irglova from the movie Once) have been kind enough ask Iron & Wine open the final leg of their 2008 US tour. Sam Beam will be joined by multi-instrumentalist, Rob Burger for to open each evening from Dallas, TX to the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. Rob performed on The Shepherd’s Dog album and this will be the first extended run of live dates with Sam.

Iron & Wine will continue up the coast after L.A. for select dates in Eugene, OR, Vancouver, BC, Calagary, AB, and Edmonton, AB. These will be solo shows.

Iron & Wine – November w/ Blitzen Trapper
